Our Purpose:  The ID Informatics Interest Group (IDIIG) promotes understanding, optimization, and use of informatics tools, concepts and applications, such as electronic medical records, advanced healthcare data visualization platforms, machine learning and other Artificial Intelligence (AI) modalities among infectious disease specialists, to shape deployment and implementation of informatics technology within the larger context of infectious diseases clinical practice, public service, research, advocacy, professional development and education.
