IDWeek Mentor-Mentee
ID and Substance Use Networking Session
The ID & Substance Use Special Interest Group (SIG) is sponsoring a mentor-mentee networking program at IDWeek 2026.
If you are a clinician in training, early-career clinician, practitioner or investigator interested in connecting with experts in infectious diseases and substance use disorders (SUD), we encourage you to apply.
Interested mentees will be paired with an experienced mentor and provided contact information in advance of the conference. Mentor-mentee pairs will have opportunities to connect during IDWeek through a scheduled SIG session, poster walk, or another mutually convenient time.
Mentees and Mentors interested in participating should register by Sept 16 at this link: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdHpZAOIlvA0Bs89bzsInduMkEKHzq1NrWuER_VmKc1ZSdseQ/viewform
Pairs will be emailed the first week of October to allow for planning.
