Paper, Plastic, Digital: Join Us for a Discussion on the Future of IDSA Journals
In response to a member discussion on MyIDSA regarding IDSA’s journals, the use of plastic wrap and interest in an online-only option, IDSA will be holding a webinar May 15 at 4 p.m. EDT to discuss how we can work together to meet the needs of the Society and our members, while also protecting our natural resources.
The IDSA Publications Committee met recently and discussed in detail the comments shared in the MyIDSA forum, as well as feedback you provided via email. We take your concerns seriously, and we are committed to representing the interests and the values of our members.
As a healthcare society, protecting well-being of citizens worldwide is central to our core values. This includes not only preventing the devastating effects of infectious diseases, but also the negative consequences of unhealthy environments.
