IDSA’s Antimicrobial Stewardship Centers of Excellence (AS CoE) program was developed to promote excellence in optimizing antimicrobial use and combating antimicrobial resistance by identifying institutions that effectively demonstrate these activities. The As COE recognizes institutions that have demonstrated a high-level commitment to antimicrobial stewardship and have achieved the highest standards and best practices for other institutions to emulate.
