IDSA members with extensive experience in quality are available for mentoring and coaching.
- Are you starting a QI project and need some guidance on design, goals and measures?
- Could use some tips on how to test or implement a change idea, or use methods such as PDSA/PDCA?
- Do you have data for your project and need coaching on how to analyze, interpret and present your results?
- Would some mentoring on how to communicate project needs and results to hospital and medical staff leadership help?
