Member IDSA Quality Measurement & Improvement Subcommittee

IDSA is seeking a member for its Quality Measurement & Improvement Subcommittee. 
This group reports to the IDSA Practice & Quality Committee and is charged to

• monitor and advise IDSA staff on issues related to ID quality measurement and improvement;
• develop measures, tools and resources to improve the quality of ID care and services;
• collaborate with others to implement measures into payer and quality improvement initiatives; and
• approach quality measurement of ID clinical care in a manner that promotes the value of the ID clinician to the broader health care system. 

The time commitment involves 10-12 remote meetings per year of 1-2 hours each with 12-15 hours/year of committee work required outside of meetings. Workload will vary depending on project participation.
Volunteer members of groups serve for 3 year terms.
