Thank you for this recap of the meeting! Sorry I had to miss it. On slide #45 (Poster/Abstract Potpourri section, screenshot below) there was this interesting screenshot of automatic stop dates for abx being added to the discharge med rec outpatient abx prescription. Does anyone know which poster/presentation discussed this at IDWeek? I've been searching for a while to no avail...We are toying with focusing on a similar intervention locally. Thanks in advance! I look forward to the next mtg.
